Notice of AGM - Nippers

Dear Members, 

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Coolum Beach Surf Life Saving Club Junior Activities Committee (Nippers) will be held on Sunday 26th February commencing at 10.00 am at the Coolum Aqua Park (60 Junction Drive, Coolum). All Nipper volunteers, parents, and guardians are welcome to attend.

Nominations of candidates for election to the JAC Committee shall be:
i. submitted via the Nominations Box which is located in the clubroom on the kitchen bench (along with nomination forms and position descriptions) or by emailing your completed nomination form to admin@coolumsurfclub.com.au 
ii. delivered not less than 30 days before the Annual General Meeting, ie the 27th January 2023.
Any requests for Notice of Motions must be received by the nippers@coolumsurfclub.com.au by 27th January 2023.
The release of the AGM Agenda, Notice of Motions received by members, and nominations received will be issued to members by Sunday 5th February 2023.
