How to Request a Patrol Substitution

If you are unable to attend your rostered patrol you are required to arrange a suitable substitution using the Members Portal (instructions below). Please notify your Patrol Captain of your absence and who will be substituting on your behalf prior to your patrol date. 

Request a substitute via Members Portal. Note that the system locks out on a Wednesday evening prior to the weekend patrols from allowing members to be able to request or pick up a sub.

Login to Members Portal

Click 'Patrols'

Click 'Patrol Roster' and check it is grouped by 'Patrol Team'

Scroll down and find the date you are uable to patrol then click 'I need a substitute'

How to Pick Up a Patrol Shift

If you are wanting to attend an additional patrol, choose a suitable available patrol via the Members Portal (instructions below).

Volunteer for an available substitute patrol via Members Portal

Login to Members Portal

Click 'Patrols'

Click 'Patrol Swap'

Click 'I can do this' on the right side, to accept this extra patrol.
